Terms of Service – Bouquet World Florist

Hey there! Thanks for visiting Bouquet World Florist. By using our website or ordering from us, you’re agreeing to these terms. Don’t worry—we’ll keep it simple and straight to the point.

Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to stock availability—flowers are fresh, so sometimes we sell out fast! 

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing mistakes, or other unexpected situations.

  • Custom orders may take extra time; we’ll confirm your delivery date once everything’s ready.

Pricing & Payment 

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed safely online through our payment gateway.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

  • Sorry, no “pay later” options—full payment upfront, but we promise it’s worth it! 

Delivery 

  • We deliver to Klang Valley & Selangor (full city list on our Delivery Info page).

  • Standard delivery: 24–48 hours; same-day delivery if ordered before [cut-off time].

  • Sensitive flowers like roses, lilies, and hydrangeas are packaged carefully—but if the rider leaves them outside after multiple calls (like 5 times ), we can’t accept returns.

  • We aren’t responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or third-party delivery services.

Refunds & Returns 

  • Flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept returns after delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements are only for:

    • Wrong bouquet or item delivered

    • Flowers damaged during delivery

    • Orders not meeting promised quality

  • Claims must be sent within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before we start preparing it.

  • Once your bouquet is packed or on the way, cancellations aren’t allowed.

User Responsibilities

  • Give us accurate info—name, delivery address, phone number—so your flowers reach you safely.

  • Don’t misuse our website: no fake reviews, no spamming, no shady stuff.

Intellectual Property 

  • All content on our site—images, designs, logos, text—is ours.

  • You can’t copy, share, or sell anything without our permission.

Liability Limits 

  • We aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages from using our site or delivery services.

  • Our max liability is the amount paid for the affected order.

Privacy 

  • We collect info to make your experience better. Check out our Privacy Policy for details.

  • By ordering, you agree to our data collection and usage as described there.

Website Use 

  • You agree to use our site responsibly. No hacking, stealing content, or breaking laws.
